The following webpage is a class project for second-year Media Studies students at the University of Guelph-Humber. Following the making of our video, "A Day in the Life of Bill C-61" we began to take our assignment to the streets.

Bill C-61 threatens to impose on us new ways to limit creativity, access to music, images, film and television that are important to our culture and all of this is done in a way that does not promote sharing of media in any way. For more information on Bill C-61, please feel free to check out the entire site. We have outlined what it is, C-61 in the media and for your viewing pleasures, our hilarious video with bloopers included.

We have also taken the liberty of starting an online petition. Please sign it if you know the importance of being able to share, download and view all of the important forms of media that make up our culture. Things like this depend upon us to be informed viewers.

Check us out on Facebook and participate in online discussion on what affects Bill C-61 would have on you and your life. We want to hear from YOU!

Thanks for taking the time.

Yours truly,

Katie, Laura, Robert and Jemma.
